Our Lesson Horses

Forrest is a 15.3 Hand 2004 Imported WB Gelding by For Keeps. Forrest is a barn favorite! He had an illustrious career from competing through the 1.40m FEI Level to National Standard Grand Prixs. He has impeccable flat work and is now dabbling in the hunters and medals.

Gartano is a 16 hand 2006 Imported Belgian WB gelding by Cardento. Gartano was imported from Italy by his owner Rachael Langdon who has graciously donated him to my program until he’s ready to retire. He like Forrest had a top tier career jumping to the CSIO 2* 1.40m classes. He is kicking quiet and is enjoying his time as a hunter. He can still be competitive in the jumper ring as well. Solid education on the flat makes him such a special addition to the program.

Blaze is a 2014 Medium Welsh Pony Gelding. He is a favorite amongst our young riders and is the perfect pony to learn how to W/T/C and jump on. While still young he is quiet, safe and a good teacher.

Harlan Ode aka Oden is a 2011 16.1 hand Unraced Thoroughbred gelding. He has been a competitive Childrens Hunter/Medals horse and 3’3” Junior Hunters with wins in National Derbies to add to his resume. Lovely additional to our program and an easy contender for all the TB Hunter classes. Auto everything, with a fantastic jump and a lovely attitude. Oden is available for In House Lease.

Glorious aka Glory is a 2011 16.3 hand KWPN gelding. Bred to be a top 3’6” hunter. He dabble in the hunters, EQ and derbies. Glory is available for Lease Only. He is pictured at the top of this page.

Pumba is an absolutely stunning addition to our program. A beautiful strawberry roan with tons of chrome 16.2 hand 2008 Dutch Warmblood gelding. He had an amazing career in the 1.30m jumpers before making the switch to Hunters where he campaigned successfully in the Junior and A/O divisions.

Sephora aka Basil is a 15.3 hand 2010 imported Belgian WB absolute and is a complete super star. Tons of quality show miles including many winters at WEF. She is beautiful and well educated on the flat and over fences. She is a great addition to our program and is only available for lease. Currently Leased.

Sanskrit aka Drake is a lovely 16.1 hand imported Swedish WB 2011 gelding. He has had quite the A circuit career spanning from WEF to out West through the performance hunters and National Derbies. He is an absolute saint with all the quality, stunning to look at, beautiful mover and jumper. Drake is also for in house Lease. 

North Star aka Cassie is a new addition to our program. She is a beautiful 16.2 hand 2010 KWPN mare. She jumped to the 1.35m and is loving taking things slower but still has plenty of get up and go. She is available for Lease Only.

Jameson is our newest addition. He is a stunning 16.1 hand 2016 Thoroughbred who has spent the past 5 years teaching students of all ages and attending local to rated shows, hunter’s and medals are his forte. His quiet demeanor, beautiful jumping style and large lofty gaits make him a dream to ride. 

Smokin’ Dude aka Smokey is a super safe 2007 medium pony. He has had a long career spanning from the rated circuit to camps. He has been a perfect addition to the program to safely teach young students from

their first rides to jumping courses.
